(Junior) Payroll & HRIS Specialist (m/f/d)

As we continue to scale rapidly across Germany and Europe, we're looking for a (Junior) Payroll & HRIS Specialist to strengthen our HR Operations team. Working closely with our Payroll & HRIS Manager, you'll help ensure efficient payroll operations while supporting the ongoing development of our HRIS.

The role is currently based in Kelsterbach. As part of our continued growth, we are planning to relocate our office to Nieder-Olm, near Mainz, around October 2026.

• Prepare, validate and coordinate payroll data to ensure accurate monthly payroll processing

• Coordinate monthly payroll activities with internal stakeholders and external payroll providers

• Review payroll results and support the continuous improvement of payroll quality and processes

• Support the administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of our HR systems

• Coordinate communication with our Group regarding Payroll and HRIS topics

• Prepare HR documentation and maintain accurate employee records

• Work closely with our Payroll & HRIS Manager to ensure efficient Payroll and HR operations

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field

• Experience in german Payroll, Payroll Administration or HR Operations with a strong payroll focus

• Experience working with HRIS or other HR systems

• Strong interest in Payroll and HR Systems with the ambition to continuously develop your expertise

• Structured, detail-oriented and reliable working style

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Hands-on mindset with the ability to work independently in a dynamic and international environment

• Fluent in Mandarin and German, English is a plus.
